1.About our Membership Registration

The membership registration fee is free of charge.

2.What does [Back order] mean?

Some of our products are marked as [Back order].
We do not have them because they are already sold out, so please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you if we can get them in near future.

3.How do I know about the price of product?

All the prices on our website are indicated as Ex-Works Ibaraki JPY prices. You can check the prices after registration. (Some of Equipment are excluded.)
You will need to pay additional cost for export packing, local transportation, Customs clearance in Japan, and freight, and insurance in case for your necessity.

4.How about the payment term?

We only accept 100% advance payment by telegraphic transfer remittance (T/T) before shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

5.In which currency can I pay?

Normally, we accept the payments in 2 different currencies (US Dollar, Japanese Yen).
However, payments in other currencies may be accepted in some cases, so please feel free to contact us for more information.

6.How about the delivery terms?

We accept the delivery terms as follows;
- Ex-Works Ibaraki Warehouse
- FOB Tokyo(Yokohama)
- FOB Narita Int. Airport
- CIF/C&F your nearest Port or Airport

7.What is the warranty policy?

We sell our products for overseas AS IS condition and without any warranty.
Please note that all goods once you buy cannot be returned/exchanged.
However, every product is thoroughly inspected to prior sales, so you can trust us for product quality.

Most of our equipment are posted our both of web sites. (Japanese and English)
In some cases, such type of equipment have already been sold out in Japanese market before your inquiry. Please understand our priority rule as `First payment, first serve` basis.
